Summer Rec Sign-Up
Hello Parents and Guardians,
Below, you will find links to the summer rec registration form and handbook. The registration form needs to be filled out (for each child that will be attending) and returned to the ES/MS/HS office by May 15th. Please attach the payment of $25.00 dollars per child to this form (T-ball is free). Checks can be made to the Cashton School District.
Children must be registered in order to attend.
