I am beyond excited for another year at Cashton School District! I grew up in a small town located on the Mississippi river called Wabasha, Minnesota. It’s well known for Grumpy Old Men, the National Eagle Center, and Lark Toys. Like Cashton, it has the same small-town qualities that I know and love.

A few hobbies of mine are reading, traveling, baking and cooking, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends. In March 2025, my partner and I welcomed our baby girl and have been enjoying watching her grow. 

I attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse until my graduation in May 2022. I graduated with a degree in Broadfield Social Studies education and history education with a minor in political science. Throughout my education, I’ve had student teaching placements at La Crescent Middle School, West Salem High School, and Red Wing High School. Here at Cashton High School, I teach U.S. History, U.S. Government, World Cultures, and Sociology and Economics.
