p>I grew up in a small town called Cataract WI. I went to college at Western Technical College, Lacrosse WI. I graduated with high honors as a food production specialist. I'm married to a dairy farmer and have 4 children, plus 8 grandchildren. I have lived near Cashton for several years. I worked for the Cashton School District from 1998 to 2010 in food service. I decided to spread my wings as a Bakery/Deli supervisor for a local grocery store chain. I held my position there for 3 years. In 2013, I opened my own business as Layers by Laurie and made custom decorated cakes, and wedding cakes.
A position became available again at the district and since I missed the students tremendously, I decide to come back!! I still have my business on the side.
