I grew up on a small beef hobby farm outside of Westby and graduated from Winona State University with degrees in Physical and Health Education. My career path has included several years in youth ministry and substitute teaching in both public and private schools, followed by 14 years in management with UPS. I returned to education and have spent the past three years teaching Physical Education at the La Farge School District. I’m excited to join the Cashton community and look forward to investing in our students while sharing my passion for staying active and living a healthy lifestyle.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Amara, and our three children—Micah, Nataley, and Brandt. While I enjoy many sports and outdoor activities, golf has always been my favorite.
