I was born and raised in Viroqua, Wisconsin. After my high school graduation I attended UW Eau Claire for two years before transferring to Viterbo University. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in elementary and middle school education. My husband and I live in Viroqua with our three children, Dustin, Mackenzie, and Taylor.  All three of them are involved in a variety of sports and other extra curricular activities that I spend much of my free time supporting.

I began my teaching career right here in Cashton in 1993.  I received my Master’s Degree in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin Lacrosse.  I have acquired more than 24 additional graduate credits during my teaching career, including CTELL (connecting teachers with English Language Learners) credits. I am a lifelong learner!  During my time here at Cashton I have been involved in CCLC (Cashton Community Learning Center), PBIS committee (Positive Behavior Intervention System), Cashton Education Association,  and a variety of professional book study groups.

I am proud to be a part of Cashton Public Schools and this great community!
